The Changpo rice noodle is a famous local delicacies of Danzhou. The Rice Noodle is produced with the following method: Soak the rice in clean water, and upon soaking, ground into rice milk, and funnel into the boiling water, and instantly see soft white rice silks; and then pull out into cold water, then pull out from the cold water, and stack in the bamboo basket. When eating together with beef slices, dried shrimp, shredded pork, fried peanuts, and fried garlic oil, the taste can be particularly delicious.
Food Tips: The Changpo rice noodle is mainly eaten as breakfast, and can be available from stores with sign of Changpo Rice Noodle (“长坡米烂” in Chinese) along the streets and lanes.
